The last five years have been bumpy ones for former finance manager Alan. The stresses of a high-pressure job reached their limits for him in 2016, leaving Alan burnt out. ``I was a shell of myself. Miserable and lost.`` Not long after Alan left his job, his fiance left also, leaving him alone, unemployed and unsure about his future.
“I did a drop shipping course online, I’m still learning and I’m hoping I can convert these skills into a sustainable business. After some research and encouragement from amazing friends, I’ve decided to chance it in Australia and see if I can make a living out of this. All I need is my laptop and decent wifi connection.”
